Terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Tiny Land, run by [owner to be added]. By creating an account you agree to them.

Free home-use licence

A free account lets you use Tiny Land’s recipes and guidance to make things for your own home and family. It does not allow you to sell what you make.

Pro: lifetime seller’s licence

Pro is a one-off payment, not a subscription. It gives the account holder a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to make and sell products using Tiny Land recipes under their own brand, and unlocks the Packaging, Shipping, Selling and Compliance sections and the printable seller’s certificate. It doesn’t allow you to republish or resell the recipes or content themselves.

Pro bought on the website is paid through Stripe. Pro bought in the iPhone app is paid through the App Store, and Apple’s terms apply to that payment. Either way, Pro works on both the website and the app when you sign in with the same email.

Selling responsibly

Tiny Land gives you recipes and general guidance. The products you make and sell are your responsibility: test them, and check the current toy-safety, labelling and food-contact rules for every market you sell in. Tiny Land can’t take responsibility for the compliance, safety or fitness for purpose of products you make and sell.

Refunds

For a website purchase, email [contact email to be added]. For an App Store purchase, refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). A refunded purchase ends the Pro licence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
